Due to the continuing pandemic and restrictions at the Leonard L. Williams Justice Center, the Mock Trial Committee has made the hard decision to conduct this year's competition virtually.

We know that this decision will disappoint many of the competitors, but we feel that a virtual competition will allow us to conduct this year's competition as safely as possible, and will allow us to have spectators again this year albeit virtually. This program is designed to provide high school students with valuable learning experiences in law, public speaking, and critical thinking. All Delaware public, private, and charter high schools are invited to participate in the competition each year.

Delaware mock trial graduates have gone on to become lawyers, politicians, government officials, and civic-minded citizens. Others have pursued banking, finance, and medicine, where the experience they gained in critical thinking, analysis, and civil argument have helped them excel as professionals.
