Windows 8 installation error file missing




















I had to re install windows 8 from a burned disc. I downloaded windows 8. I realized too late that when I installed windows 8 again that didn't delete my personal files they were still there.

I restarted my PC windows 8. I would like to know What I should do, step by step, to reset my computer. This should be simple, I should not have too jump through all these jumps and hoops to do something that in previous version was just a couple of clicks.
