This mix file type entry was marked as obsolete and no longer supported file format. This type of file is no longer actively used and is most likely obsolete. I suppose if any of these programs can be made to work on Win10, or even be accessed temporarily on another PC with an older version of Windows, it might be possible to export the images to a standard non-proprietary non-crap format.
This is a public forum, not support. Since PhotoDraw and PictureIt! Your best option is to take your PhotoDraw or PictureIt! CD disc and install it yourself on a computer that can run it. Then, as suggested by Robert above, change the picture to a regular format file that isn't proprietary and locked into a decades-old format.
Trying to open and view. I don't mind using a safe 3rd party program if Microsoft actually left us hanging. Other posts mention using free trial of Microsoft Digital Image Starter Edition but can't find valid download place or even know if it works with Windows Others recommend Polyview but that is no longer available and don't know if it works with Windows Other posts also mention importing into Word but I noticed that didn't work for a lot of people and I would have to buy it since I use Libre for my word docs.
Thanks for any help.
